LSBT Hosts Qualifiers
The Poison by Predator Tour (www.PxPTour.com) offers a new and exclusive opportunity for players who qualify through their performance in the Amateur division of any Lone Star Tour event. PxP events far surpass the amenities of the everyday pool tournament or regional tour event. Each PxP Tour event is one day, $1,000 added, with 50 invited “b” players. The Poison Tour's live stream and recorded matches can be found on ustream under Run Out Review.
Any “B” player can qualify for the Poison Tour by participating in the Lone Star Billiards Tour’s Amateur 9-ball division. Merely participating guarantees players a spot on the Poison Tour waiting list. Top 10 finishers in each Lone Star Amateur division event (9th-10th by games won) receive Poison Tour event invites first. All declined invitations fall to the players next in line.
At the conclusion of each PxP Tour event, the top 40 finishers (8 by games won) remain “invited players”. The 41st-50th ranked players drop off so that new players may qualify. In the future the Poison Tour hopes to expand its field to 64 and offer qualifier spots through other amateur tours and events across Texas.
